Adam Sikorski is the founder of Change Wealth Advisors, LLC, a firm whose origin story began in April 2018. He directs and supports the team at CWA, designs and manages the investment portfolios used for the firm's clients, focuses on wealth building, financial planning, and retirement planning for clients, while also leading the firm's philanthropic efforts related to anti-human trafficking.
Born and raised in Soldotna, AK, Adam took an interest in the principles of investing at a young age. In 1992, at the age of 12 he began his journey into the world of investing when he used his savings to purchase his first group of mutual funds and began studying the financial markets. By the age of 15 he decided that working in wealth management was the career for him and he has maintained that track ever since. At 17 he left home to study at the University of Nevada, Reno where he obtained his BS in Business in 2003, majoring in Economics. His professional career in financial services began a few months later when he was hired as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.
Driven by a desire to change lives for the better, Adam works closely with his clients to develop a plan-based and evidence driven approach to determining what is best for their finances and their story. He has been honing his professional craft since 2003 and enjoys seeing the positive impact in the lives of the people and organizations he works in partnership with.
The issue of human trafficking, child sex trafficking specifically, crossed Adam’s path in 2004 when he was living in Los Angeles, CA. Once exposed to the issue he decided to support people and organizations that were actively engaged in the fight against it. In 2018 he decided to merge his personal support with his professional career and launched Change Wealth Advisors.
In his spare time, Adam can be found exploring the outdoors of Alaska & Hawaii with his dog Bauer, who was affectionately named after his hockey skates.

Thomas Klein is a Wealth Advisor at Change Wealth Advisors, LLC, officially joining the team in January 2019.
Thomas was born and raised in Beaverton, OR and earned his degree in Business Finance from Northern Arizona University in 2014 with a focus on investments. Soon after graduating he moved to Alaska with his wife Amber and began his career in finance working in the wealth management division at one of the largest banks in the state of Alaska. Mentored by two of the few fiduciary portfolio managers in the state, Thomas acquired keen insight into the world of wealth management that he uses to serve his clients at Change Wealth Advisors.
Thomas is a firm believer in serving the interests of his clients first and always doing what’s best for them. He is passionate about helping people and changing their lives for the better in a measurable way. He works closely with his clients to help them develop the vision and purpose behind their financial decisions, articulate their goals, and develop a sound plan to achieve the things that are most important to them.
When he isn’t crunching numbers, Thomas can be found spending time with his wife Amber and his daughters Olivia & Liliana. He loves to ski in the winter and ride motorcycles in the summer. And, if you ask nicely, he will probably be willing to talk your ear off about the nuanced characteristics of a properly aged barley wine.

Bauer was born in Keystone, SD but 8 weeks later he left his family behind to pursue a promising life in the Last Frontier. With little more in his pocket than a small bag of puppy chow and a valid form of ID, he journeyed "North To the Future," determined to make a name for himself. He soon met Adam and the two hit it off immediately. It wasn't long before he became recognized for his signature tail wag and relentless desire to play. He has certainly made a name for himself in the Last Frontier, and it is undeniable that he has made his mark (on every tree... and every mailbox).
As a relentless enthusiast and people lover, Bauer has become a valuable member of the team at CWA. Surrounded by adventure and the world of finance for nearly his entire life, Bauer has quickly learned about various aspects of risk-reward and how to invest in a way that ensures a full belly and an occasional treat.
Between his regal look and jovial nature, it is no wonder that Bauer has become one of the reasons people choose to work with CWA. Suffice it to say, dog lovers are welcome here! While the field is hard wired into his DNA, these days Bauer is less of a bird dog and more of a snowbird, spending most of his time in Alaska, but some of his winter time on the Big Island of Hawaii ensuring that the Mango trees and White Pineapple plants receive proper attention. Dogs and their owners, yah know?
In addition to his relationship skills, Bauer has developed a well rounded understanding of the world of finance. You can read his unique perspective and market insight in his corner called the Dog Blog.

Like Bauer, Annie too was born in Keystone, SD. While not one of Bauer’s direct descendants, her family tree extends back to the same kennel so we don’t hold it against her. In similar fashion, she too left her family behind not knowing what the future held. While admittedly shy during the trip to her new home, she immediately came out of her shell and went from 0 to 100 the moment she saw Bauer… and she hasn’t calmed down since!
Despite being told that she was dialed back a notch compared to the others, Annie is anything but “dialed back.” Between her natural point, laser focus, impressive athleticism, and incredibly competitive nature, her diversified high drive profile would be best described as “Aggressive Growth.”
As a part-time addition to the CWA Canine Crew, her full-time tail wag and frequent air snaps ensure an office environment that is always entertaining. With ears that are too big for her and a lovable nature, it's no surprise that she’s already fully vested and quickly winning the hearts and minds of everyone she meets. The only thing she loves more than affection is water. The only thing she loves more than water is snow. And the only thing she loves more than snow is Bauer, who she looks at salaciously whenever she isn't stealing his toys. It's true, and it's highly inappropriate!
